Asphalt and Slurry Coat

UPDATE: We finally got the green light from the City to proceed with the front entry circle. We are scheduled for the work to begin Monday, March 22, 2021. This project will not interfere with parking, but it will cause restrictions on gate entry for and estimated two days on the East gate, then followed by an additional 2 days on the West gate. During this time you will ONLY be able to enter and Exit through the gate that is open. During the paving construction process, the City will be in control of the traffic lights. So expect some delay and plan ahead for those 4 days while it's paved.

The Board of Directors appreciates everyone's cooperation during our asphalt project.

Bridge Repair

Bridges 1, 2, 3, & 4, have been completed, we’ll be moving to 5, 6, 12 & 13. At those times there may be debris and some walkways may have a detour or two. We thank you for your patience as the bridges are improved.

When it comes to parking, it is very important that everyone follow the rules. Vehicles violating the parking rules will be towed at owners expense! Maximum of 72 HR Parking! No Double Parking! No Parking in the Red! No Inoperable Vehicles! Inoperable Vehicles will be Towed!
